The objective of this Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) is to offer a complete explanation as to how we handle your personal information. Lirik’s Roulette Land (“LRL”, “we”, “us” or “our”) offers complete transparency to its users (“user”, “users”, “you” or “your”) in respect of the data collected, used, retained and shared in connection with the use of our mobile game application (“the App” or “our services”). This Privacy Notice helps you explain what information we collect from our users, why we collect it, how and for what purposes do we process the data, steps we take to secure users’ data, and how can a user request deletion of his data.

Information We Collect

Usage Data:
We collect data about your interaction with the App, including the features you use and actions you take.

Google AdMob Data:
We run ads on the App to be able to offer it to you free of charge. While watching ads on the App is voluntary, you’re rewarded with in-game tokens when you spin a roulette after watching an ad. The App uses Google AdMob Services, a service provided by Google LLC, for displaying ads (“Google Ad Services”). Google Ad Services may place cookies to collect information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. This information is collected automatically and may include:

• Device's IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device
• Device Information such as device type, operating system, screen size, mobile network information, and sensors (like the accelerometer)
• App usage and performance data such as information about how the App is used, such as which screens are visited, time spent using the App, and interactions with ads. Data related to interactions with ads indicates information such as clicks, views, and interactions with ad content
• Diagnostic Information related to the performance of the App and the Google Ad Services powered Google Mobile Ads SDK, including crash logs, App launch time, hang rate, and energy usage in order to improve the App’s performance
• Device and Account Identifiers such as your signed-in accounts on the device, if available.

While we restrict data processing by Google Ad Services (for eg. following a user opt-out by clicking on a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link), certain provisions of Google’s Ads Data Processing Terms and Advertising Practices may apply.

App Store in-app purchase integration:
The App provides a feature that may allow you to buy virtual items giving you an option to rapidly progress in the game, thereby enhancing your experience. To comply with the Apple iOS App Store and Google Play Store’s policies, we integrate in-app purchase billing system onto our App.

We integrate Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) rolled out by Apple iOS App Store and Google Play Store in our App in order to offer you both safe and seamless payment processing experience. Your payment details, including your card name, card number, expiration date, and other card-related information, based on information received from your card issuer and/or the payment networks shall remain only with Apple iOS App Store and Google Play Store, as may be relevant, and no information regarding your payment method shall be shared with us. However, in order to help us transfer the relevant virtual items purchased by you in the App downloaded on your device, only the details of the purchases you made and the value of those transactions shall be received by us.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Optimizing gameplay experiences on the App based on your behavior as a player
• Analyzing how you interact with various options/features in the App
• Internal operational purposes
• Enabling you to purchase virtual items in-game and, in turn, enabling us to credit them in the App downloaded on your device
• Providing new services and improve our existing services
• Tracking the effectiveness of the advertisements
• Fostering community through social features like leaderboards
• Troubleshooting, analyzing data, and conducting research for performance evaluation and future updates
• Contacting you from time to time to record your valuable feedback on our services
• Communicating updates and responding to inquiries
• Engaging you with tailored notifications and updates
• Enforcing our Terms of Use and Privacy Notice
• Preventing unauthorized, fraudulent, deceiving and illegal activities
• Providing customer support and technical assistance
• Maintaining safety and security of our App and services
• Complying with various legal obligations
• Resolving disputes, if any
• All other lawful purposes related to our App and services.

With Whom Do We Share Your Information

Rest assured, we do not share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. While we integrate Google Ad Services for ad integration and in-app purchase APIs within the App, please be aware that Google Ad Services, Apple iOS App Store and/or Google Play Store may collect certain information as outlined in our Privacy Notice.

Legal Basis for Processing Your Information

We process your information with your permission and for our commercial interest:

• We obtain your consent for the collection and processing of your information when you open the App on your device for the first time after its download and install from Apple iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
• We integrate Google Ad Services into the App for the purpose of serving ads in the App, which is our legitimate commercial interest. Google Ad Services’ functionality is essential to our services for monetization of and providing you extra features on the App.

Your Rights

• Access: You have the right to request access to the personal information we collect, hold, use, or disclose about you.
• Correction: You can request that any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you be corrected.
• Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal obligations.
• Restriction: You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal information.
• Objection: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
• Data Portability: You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another organization.
• Withdraw Consent: If we rely on your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
• Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell your personal information. However, under the data privacy laws in California (CCPA / CPRA), you have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information if you are a consumer based out of California.
• Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA / CPRA rights. This means we will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide you with a different level or quality of services.

Children's Data

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take steps to remove such information and terminate your child’s access to the App.

Data Retention

We regularly review the data we hold and will securely erase or anonymize your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Personal data collected or processed while your access or during your use of the App will be retained until you request for its deletion.

Data collected through Google Ad Services for advertising purposes is subject to Google’s privacy and retention policies. We do not have direct control over Google Ad Services’ data retention policies. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy and Data Retention Practices for more information.

Any data that may be collected by Apple iOS App Store or Google Play Store in the process of enabling you to make in-app purchases for the App shall be subject to the relevant privacy policies and terms. If you have downloaded the App from Apple iOS App Store, then certain provisions of Apple Privacy Policy may apply when you purchase any in-game virtual item(s) from the App. Similarly, if you have downloaded the App from Google Play Store and make a purchase of any in-game virtual item(s), then relevant provisions from Google Payments Privacy Notice may apply. We have not direct control over how Apple iOS App Store and Google Play Store handle your data.

Changes to Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The latest version will be made available within the App.
